WWE SmackDown Live comes to the Royal Farms Arena for the final episode before WrestleMania 35. Rey Mysterio and Andrade rekindle their growing rivalry while others prepare for upcoming matches at WrestleMania.

WWE SmackDown Live comes to Baltimore, MD tonight with only five days left before WrestleMania 35. With WWE‘s biggest show of the year looming, we can expect everything tonight to point towards Sunday. That begins with the WWE Championship, which Daniel Bryan will be defending against Kofi Kingston.

Considering the tendency for Kingston’s opportunities to be snatched away as of late, he stated on Twitter this weekend that he’d need something “in writing.” That will come to fruition tonight with the official contract signing for his match with Bryan, but few contract signings go by without incident, so there’s no telling what we’ll see from these two.

We’ll also be getting an episode of The Kevin Owens Show, and this one will put the spotlight on the upcoming collision between AJ Styles and Randy Orton. Just five days before the two square off at WrestleMania 35, Kevin Owens will try to bring them together to get some final words about their budding rivalry.

The only announced match of the night will see Rey Mysterio renew is rivalry with Andrade, but this one comes in a much different set of circumstances. Mysterio is only five days from what will surely be a brutal United States Championship Match with Samoa Joe, and Rey is unlikely to be 100% after a devastating loss on WWE Raw to Baron Corbin. If Andrade can leverage a win over a weakened Mysterio, he could put himself back in the conversation for a future title shot.

Tonight will also be the final opportunity for The Miz and Shane McMahon to get an upperhand on their opponent in this Sunday’s Falls Count Anywhere Match. McMahon brought plenty of backup last week, and escaped before The Miz could deal any damage to him. We could see another attempt by The Miz this week, or more games from Shane McMahon ahead of Sunday’s clash.

Oh, there’s also a WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal. Considering the relative radio silence from WWE about the match on television and in their own show previews, it seems to be pretty low on the company’s list of priorities. Considering the majority of SmackDown’s women’s division is in that match, we can only hope they’ll get acknowledged during the two hours of SmackDown Live.

Finally, we could be seeing the fallout from the most chaotic and memorable moment of last night’s WWE Raw. After picking up a tag team win against The Riott Squad, Ronda Rousey immediately started to brawl with her WrestleMania opponents. The incident escalated until Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and Rousey were all handcuffed, and eventually arrested because of the brawl police could not contain. WWE.com has stated they were taken to a local police precinct and later released, so we could see some follow-up from Lynch or Flair just five days before their WrestleMania main event.
