On this episode of the show Flyin’ Brian J. discusses the nights violence and nonsensical post-fight antics with guest, Eddie Mercado of BloodyElbow.com. This post-fight show is aimed at recapping all of the action from this event with the live viewer serving as the co-host. We go over post-fight ratings, talk about technique, discuss “WTF” moments from the card, and give out pretend bonuses.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) showcased two of the most prolific heavyweight knockout artists in the history of mixed martial arts (MMA) in the Octagon as the main event of the promotion’s third main card effort on ESPN. Francis “The Predator” Ngannou had barely accumulated more than one minute of cage time in his previous two fights; knocking out Cain Velasquez and Curtis Blaydes in back-to-back contests. Junior dos Santos has been known for his finishing ability for almost a decade, but most recently put away Tai Tuivasa and Derrick Lewis, consecutively. There is was little doubt that when they went toe-to-toe as the headlining attraction at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minn., that one man might be taking a short canvas nap.
