Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) makes its way back to the ESPN+ digital network for this Saturday night’s (June 22, 2019) mixed martial arts (MMA) extravaganza, held inside Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina. Headlining the “Palmetto State” fight card is a 145-pound showdown between top-ranked featherweight contenders Renato Moicano and Chan Sung Jung, while bantamweight brawlers John Lineker and Rob Font were scratched from the event after “Hands of Stone” withdrew due to injury. Sure, none of these contests will have much impact on the division title chase in any weight class, but all the participating combatants are known for their fan-friendly styles. Don’t forget to catch the UFC Fight Night 154 preliminary card on ESPN2, beginning at 4 p.m. ET, featuring the Octagon debut of Deron Winn, as well as the lightweight return of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 5 contestant, Matt Wiman. Expect an interesting night of fights!
