Rumors for the Day:

  • Seth Rollins is not working house shows this weekend, as WWE continues trying to keep him as healthy as possible heading into WrestleMania 35.
  • Daniel Bryan, Rey Mysterio, and The Miz are apparently getting weekend house shows off as well, though it’s unclear why.
  • The Observer noted that Asuka vs. Lacey Evans was planned at one point but seemingly off the books. WrestleTalk TV points out the SmackDown women’s champion still doesn’t have a set plan for WrestleMania 35.
  • While the Good Brothers haven’t signed a new deal with WWE, per the Observer the company is offering deals to anyone with contracts expiring anytime soon and they could still strike a deal to stay.
  • In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it’s noted that Eric Bugenhagen and Stacey Ervin Jr. are getting “rave reviews” within WWE.
