Mario Lopez is among the ever-increasing number of celebrities who do Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and in a move that should make the BJJ community excited, he’s been promoting his love for the sport to a wide audience.

In his latest of many appearances on The Ellen Show, Lopez (who’s a blue belt) brought up his enthusiasm for training, telling Ellen DeGeneres about his own jiu-jitsu journey and what it’s like to train with his former Saved By The Bell co-star Mark-Paul Gosselaar.
