Junior lightweight Adrian Corona dropped Gabriel Serrano (0-2) in the third round en route to a four round unanimous decision. Scores were 39-36, 39-36, and 40-35 in favor of Corona, who improves to 2-0.
Corona is the son of California referee and judge Ray Corona.
Welterweight Devon Lee scored a highlight-reel one-punch knockout victory over Kenny Brrown, who was making his pro debut.
Lee (6-0, 6 KOs) dropped Brown with a right cross to the head. Brown beat the count, but staggered when he was told to step forward, prompting referee Sharon Sands to stop the fight.
Cruiserweight Marco Deckman (2-0, 1 KO), who is trained by Freddie Roach, knocked out Jose Jesus Hurtado (5-10, 5 KOs) in the second round. A left hook to the body dropped Hurtado to one knee against the ropes, where referee Eddie Hernandez counted Hurtado out at 33 seconds.
Junior lightweight Teodoro Alonso won a one-sided four round decision over Jaime Miranda (2-3, 2 KOs). All three judges scored the bout 40-36 in favor of Alonso, who improves to 1-2.
