Joe Rogan is perhaps one of jiu-jitsu’s most vocal celebrity practitioners. A BJJ black belt himself, the UFC commentator and stand-up comedian often proclaims the benefits of the martial art on his podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience.

So it should be no surprise that when comedian and television host Michael Yo came on the JRE and started lamenting how his fighting abilities have decreased throughout the years, Rogan pounced.
