Easily Transition From A Triangle To An Armbar And Back Again

In jiu-jitsu, it’s always good to have a plan B (and C, and D, all the way to Z). In some cases, though, when your second idea doesn’t work out, you can go right back to plan A and see if things turn out better for you the second or even third time around.

That’s the idea behind this triangle-to-armbar-to-triangle-to-armbar transition technique demonstrated by Invisible Jiu-Jitsu‘s David Morcegao. In this clip, he shows us how to go back and forth between these two submissions almost effortlessly. Take a look and try it out!
