Diamond Dallas Page’s post-wrestling career has been all about helping people. His DDPY program has assisted in healing bodies worldwide, most notably Jake “The Snake” Roberts and Scott Hall. Next up will be former NFL players.
We’re so excited about our partnership with the NFL Alumni Association, which gives all members of the @NFLAlumni premium access to DDP Yoga DVDs and the DDP Yoga Now app, complete with a private leaderboard for participants. https://t.co/EOShLN8UB2

DDPY has signed a partnership with the NFL Alumni Association, which gives all their members premium access to DDPY DVDs and the DDPY Now app.
If you’ve never tried the DDPY program, you might be wondering how it will help some of the former NFL players who have done extreme damage to their bodies. In an interview with Fansided’s Mark Carman, DDP explained.
“My workout, they start in bed, so you can’t tell me you can’t do it. Can’t get out of bed? I got three workouts for you. Put you in a chair, I’ve got eight workouts there. Then I show you how to use your chair to create balance, to strengthen your core, to help create more movement, and breakup scar tissue, build strength.”
If there is one sport that destroys the body as much as as professional wrestling, it would be football. DDP will make them feel the bang. And if he makes some money on the side, more power to him. It’s not a bad thing, it’s a good thing.
DDP also recently released a motivational book, “Positively Unstoppable: The Art of Owning It.”
What experiences have you had with DDPY? If you’ve read DDP’s book, what are your thoughts about it?
